Arts, Worship, Crafts, Snacks, and Laughter
Every Thursday during term time, JC’s Crafty Arts Club meets in Caerwent Church from 16.30 to 17.30 for crafts, stories, snacks, music, and chat. Come and join us after school. We have a warm cup of coffee welcome for parents, as well; you’re most welcome to stay and chat with the other parents, our Sunday Club leaders, and the vicar — in his role as daddy, not clergy!
Caerwent Sunday Club meets every Sunday during Church, at 11.00 for activities in the midst of the the wider community’s worship. All are welcome to take part in our child-friendly area. Likewise, children happier to stay with their parents during worship are happily encouraged to do so.
Our light-hearted and friendly Family Services happen throughout the month in these parishes: 1st Sunday of each month at 10.00 at Llanvair Discoed and at 14.30 at Newchurch. 4th Sunday of each month at 11.00 at Caerwent.
Bilingual, family-friendly worship in Caerwent Church, working together with Ysgol Gymraeg y Ffin happens on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 14.00. Come listen to the Texan vicar slaughter the Welsh language!
